Well managed place, apperently staff was just... finishing their lunch, so I seated without disturbing them, once they finished, sales person and office boy came to me, greeted me and asked about tea-coffee etc. I denied respectfully, although it is their normal gesture towards every visitor to the showroom, but it was great experience than others. I own a Duster from last 8 years every time with... service team there was issue in last bill about 40% is labour charges out of total bill. Renault part are very costly and maintenance cost is very very high compare to other call that why their sales has come down.Very Bad experience cannot sell car because re-sale value is not there.I suggest to all buyer pls do not buy this Renault company cars and customer service is really bad.read more
